Hernando Bernal Jr. is a long time resident of Tampa and a graduate of Jesuit High School. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida and received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.

Hernando enjoys working in immigration law and helping families, individuals, and companies realize their dreams in the United States. Hernando enjoys time with family, playing tennis, and riding his mountain and gravel bikes.
