CITIZENSHIP

FAMILY BASED IMMIGRATION

Citizenship attained through naturalization is the culmination of the immigrant’s journey.  We enjoy working with our clients to review their history, determine their eligibility, and meet their expectations in an efficient and smooth application process.

Legal permanent residents and U.S. citizens enjoy the right to petition for family members to come to the U.S. to live and work. By listening to the client and understanding their needs, we can propose a strategy and explain how it is the best option to meet the client's goals.

HUMANITARIAN

The U.S. government and its immigration laws still welcome those who are unable to live in their home country due to natural disasters, war, persecution, torture, or domestic violence, and the opportunity to submit an asylum application and have their case heard by a judge.  Our office works with clients to present their cases to the immigration judge and all the time looking for other avenues for relief that might be available due to the client and their family's history in the U.S.

BUSINESS IMMIGRATION

 (Employment and Investment)

Citizenship attained through naturalization is the culmination of the immigrant’s journey.  We enjoy working with our clients to review their history, determine their eligibility, and meet their expectations in an efficient and smooth application process.

IMMIGRATION WAIVER

Understanding a client's history will help us determine their eligibility for a waiver, as certain past acts by a non-U.S. citizen can delay or prevent a client from seeking a visa, a green card, or naturalization.
