He will provide representation at asylum interviews and, if necessary, during hearings before an Immigration Judge. His presence can help articulate and defend the claim effectively.

The attorney can navigate legal issues that may arise, such as determining eligibility for Withholding of Removal or protection under the Convention Against Torture if full asylum is not granted.
